Dublin City Council Culture Company will continue to deliver seasonal fairs in Richmond Barracks in 2025.
With these fairs, we aim to:
These Fairs will showcase the talents of creatives and social entrepreneurs whilst providing genuine gifting options and a wonderful atmosphere for all to enjoy.
People can attend cultural/creative workshops during the fairs and learn about the Culture Company’s Culture Connects @ Richmond Barracks programme, our annual programme for repeat visits for other cultural and creative adventures.
We will have entertainment provided by performers in our gardens and there will be tea, coffee, and food available to purchase in the garden and café too.
The fairs will provide an opportunity for artists, businesses, and social enterprises to showcase what they do and to build their own creative and business networks.
When possible, Inchicore Library will be open each day, and along with all their usual services, they will have a special selection of books available that relate to the theme of each particular Fair.
Photography and videography takes place at each Fair for promotional purposes. These photographs or videos may be used on our website, in our programmes, on our social media and for further promotion. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed you can just let us know.
We are looking for vendors for our inside and outside market shopping areas who sell goods related to the fair themes. We also invite applications from food vendors for the garden area.
We will select, from applications received, a range of products and giftware that will be suitable for the fair's theme.
We will look for:
Those who take a table in our Gymnasium get a 6ft trestle table and display walls to help display their products to the best possible advantage.
We also invite food and drink vendors to get in touch. We have outdoor spaces in our garden for coffee stands, food trucks and vendors.
If you’d like to get involved but are unsure if what you do would suit the Fair, ask us! You can contact us at fairs@richmondbarracks.ie. We’d love to hear from you.
