About the Fair:

Richmond Barracks, together with Dublin City Council Culture Company, invites you to be part of our celebration of sustainability.

This year, our theme celebrates the idea of Renewal - new beginnings, growth, and the importance of renewal in life and nature.

The Spring Fair is a great opportunity for small businesses, crafters, creators, and social enterprises to show off their work and ideas. It's also a chance for everyone to learn more about living in a way that's good for the planet.

What’s happening at the fair:

Stalls: Explore a variety of stalls offering upcycled and recycled products, from jewellery and crafts to clothes and eco-friendly items.
Entertainment and Food: Enjoy fun activities in the Richmond Barracks gardens and try tasty treats from different food vendors.
Workshops: Join workshops for all ages to learn about sustainability.
Library: Visit Inchicore Library's special selection on upcycling and recycling.

Criteria for vendors:

If you're a vendor offering food, crafts, or services that focus on sustainability, we would welcome your application.

The application deadline is Monday 24 February 2025.

From the applications we receive, we will select from a range of products and giftware that will be suitable for the Spring Fair. We will select vendors who share a real interest in sustainability and environmentally friendly produce.

Please keep in mind that this application is for taking a stall at the fair and committing to:

Trade on both Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 April 2025 - it is essential that you can take the stall for both days.
Staff your stall or trading unit from 11 am to 5 pm each day.
Be able to carry enough stock for the weekend.

Should your application be successful, a set fee of €70 for the two days will be requested to secure your booking.

Those who take a table in our gymnasium get a 6ft trestle table and display walls to help display their products to the best possible advantage.

What we are looking for:

Businesses / makers / enterprises / artists / social enterprises and charities.
Those who share a real interest in sustainability and environmentally friendly produce.
Those who want to join us for both days of the fair and connect with others to help grow and develop their business.
Those who can demonstrate a range of products and giftware that will be suitable for the fair's theme.
We also invite food and drink vendors to get in touch. We have outdoor spaces in our garden for coffee stands, food trucks and vendors.
