Family Drop in Workshop: Make and Create Spring Garlands

Make and create together at these family friendly drop-in workshops. This is a drop in workshop so no booking required, just show up and have fun! 

Each Saturday join a different artist to explore art and crafts and enjoy being creative together. You can call in any time between 2 pm and 3.30 pm. 

• Saturday 29 March:
  Spring Garlands - Join artist Paula Garcia Ibanez to make a garland using paper and string to celebrate the arrival of Spring that you can hang in your home.

Our upcoming Saturday workshops are:

• Saturday 12 April:
  Paper bag cherry blossom trees  - Join artist Shannon Jade Wilson to make a cherry blossom tree using just paper bags and crepe paper to recreate the beautiful blossoms outside this time of year.
• Saturday 19 April:
  Recycled fairy garden houses - Join artist Shannon Jade Wilson to paint recyclable materials to make fairy houses for the garden while sharing some Irish fairy stories.
• Saturday 26 April:
  Family portraiture - Join artist Claire Crowley to explore how artists have made self-portraits using different techniques and make your own life size self-portraits.

Workshops are suitable for all ages but children must be accompanied by an adult. Places may be limited.
