A Little Idea
Ali, a designer and maker from Dublin, created A Little Idea. Ali creates laser-cut acrylic statement jewellery and other handcrafted accessories. Her designs are inspired by decades past; each pair of dangly earrings is called after fashion icons. Her handcrafted jewellery is full of colour with pops of neon, very lightweight, unisex and fun to wear. Using green cast acrylic where possible and other recycled materials such as discarded industrial brass, Ali keeps her brand and styles as sustainable as possible. Also using vintage fabrics for hairbands, her designs have seen her nominated for awards and featured in TV and print media. Her work is stocked in many beautiful independent stores, and her studio is based in Dublin 12.
Aii Candle Craft
All our products are handmade with the highest quality wax sourced around Europe. Our aim is to educate the general public about all the different types of waxes that make up a candle or wax product. We strive to keep our products sustainable by using soy and beeswax. Soy and beeswax is a biodegradable and renewable resource, making it a much more environmentally friendly choice than paraffin wax.
We sell a large variety of wax products, predominantly candles with a large range of different scents and colour combinations. The choice and style are pretty much endless, with each individual product completely unique and tailored to our client.

World Design
World Design offers a carefully curated selection of finely made jewellery and accessories sourced from job creation projects in the global South. Working with projects in Africa and South America that adhere to Fair Trade principles, much attention is given to products that have a strong recycling element. World Design collaborates with the projects to bring their goods to the market, a form of aid through trade.
The founder, Annig Barrett, has been working with artisans all her working life, while growing up in Africa, she recognised that the best way to support women was to buy what they were making. World Design was created in Africa in 1998 to showcase craft and design from around the World. The first store in Ireland opened in 2006 in the Powerscourt Townhouse. They now can be found at markets around the country, with ranges including jewellery made from sustainably grown grasses, can pulls and bottle tops, ostrich eggshells, telephone wire and recycled shampoo bottles.
